Process

How an engagement works. From first call to an ops layer that runs itself.

1. Discovery call

30 minutes. You walk us through your current operations and where your team spends the most time clicking through platforms. We tell you honestly what can be automated, what can't, and which package fits. No pitch deck.

2. Onboarding

Access to your platforms. We map your data flows, naming conventions, account structures, and team workflows. This is where we identify the highest-value click-work to automate first.

3. Build

Workflow, agent, or tool deployed and connected to your data. First automation live and tested with real numbers. You see output from day one. Not a roadmap for what might happen later.

4. Training

Your team learns to work with the system. What it handles, what it doesn't, how to interpret its output. Goal: full independence after training. Not still dependent on us.

5. Iterate

Monthly: review what's running well, what to automate next. Enterprise clients get a dedicated session on where to take it from here.

timeline: Most clients are operational within 3 weeks. Simple setups can be live in 5 days.
